Mesotherapy

Needle mesotherapy is a treatment during which substances are injected into the skin below the eyes, on the neck and other areas of the body. This allows to bypass the cutaneous barrier impermeable to many cosmetics and introduce various active substances directly into the body.

Already the process of stimulating the skin with needles is beneficial to the restoration of the tissue and the appropriate combinations of active substances allow to achieve spectacular results in a short time. Needle mesotherapy produces excellent results with the patients who have delicate, flaccid, dehydrated or mature skin which is beginning to lose its firmness. This outstanding method offers significant improvement of the skin's condition without a surgical intervention.

Needle mesotherapy has an anti-aging effect and prevents early floppiness of the skin. It maintains the correct flexibility of the epidermis and the collagen fibres making our skin firm. This procedure additionally reinforces the blood vessels and removes the toxic substances from the cells. It improves the condition of the conjunctiva and, consequently, the look of the skin. The procedure carried out in our clinic accelerates the healing processes, has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory influence, hydrates the epidermis and prevents the formation of free radicals.

The function of the substances used in mesotherapy is to rejuvenate the skin, improve the metabolism of the cells, stimulate the fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastine, and improve the microcirculation.

How does the procedure go?

Using a syringe with a fine needle, the nourishing and moisturizing substances are injected into the dermis. These substances are, among others, hyaluronic acid, vitamins, microelements, extracts from medicinal plants, such as Ginkgo Biloba, Centella Asiatica, Fucus Vesiculosus, artichoke. It is also common for the mesotherapy cocktails to contain caffeine.

Mesotherapy in cellulitis treatment

The affected areas of the skin receive subcutaneous injections. A number of substances are used for this procedure, containing caffeine, dimethylethanolamine (DMAE), organic silica, sodium pyruvate, Melilotus officinalis extract, rutin, L-carnitine (which regulates the energy metabolism), hyaluronic acid, artichoke extracts and many other substances with proven beneficial influence on cellulitis treatment. The procedures improve the circulation of the blood and lymph, and burn off excess fat. It is advisable to combine them with drainage massages or endermologie treatments.

After a series of mesotherapy treatments (about 6 sessions every 10-14 days, then one procedure every 3-6 months) what we achieve is toned areas of the body, visible reduction or disappearance of cellulitis and a significant improvement of the skin firmness.

Biomimetic peptide mesotherapy

Biomimetic peptides are synthesized short amino acid chains identical with growth factors present in our skin. The peptide research was initiated by the German biologist professor Guenther Blobel who was awarded Nobel prize in 1999 for his work on the mechanics and identification of signals determining the transport and situation of the proteins inside cells. Today, medicine makes use of over 300 peptides and another 100 are being researched and certified. Peptides took the modern cosmetic products by the storm, they were first used by the Swiss in the exclusive La Prairie creams where they produced excellent results in skin revitalization. Delivered straight into the skin they become active and allow to achieve natural esthetic outcome. The most advanced method of applying the peptides is the mesotherapy, transports the active substances straight into the dermis.

Acetyl Decapetide-3: improves the formation of new dermal cells, reduces small wrinkles and prevents the formation of new ones.

Decapeptide-4: improves flexibility, influences the synthesis of elastin and collagen, enhances the metabolism of proteins, reduces insulin resistance, supports burning and disintegration of fat tissue, is responsible for smoothening of skin

Oligopeptide-24: reduces wrinkles by improving cellular proliferation

Tripeptide-6: is responsible for optimal moisturization of the skin by increasing the water bonding in the dermis,

Copper Tripeptide-1: influences cellular proliferation

Oligopeptide-34: reduces melanin synthesis by blocking the transfer of melanin bodies into the keratinocytes, is responsible for skin moisturization

Pentapeptide-12: is responsible for skin lightness and fairness

Oligopeptide-50: has a lightening and anti inflammatory effect

Oligopetide-2: improves the disintegration of fat tissue, is responsible for the tension and smoothening of skin
